How much are tickets?
Tickets are £15 per child. This includes all activities, the personal invitation letter, and a gift from Santa.

Do adults need to pay?
Up to 2 adults can attend free of charge with each child ticket. Any additional adults may be charged a small fee.

What about babies?

  • Babies in arms (non-participating) go free with a paying child ticket.

  • Please note, they do not receive a gift, art kit, or any add-ons unless a child ticket is purchased for them.

What does my child’s ticket include?

Yes. Santa and Mrs Claus will know details about your child, making their time in the Grotto feel truly magical and personal.

How long does the visit last?
Each family group will have plenty of time to enjoy the Winter Forest, create keepsakes, and spend personal time with Santa and Mrs Claus. We recommend allowing around 30–60 minutes for the full experience.

Where does it take place?
The experience starts in our Winter Forest Greenhouse, before leading into Santa’s Grotto.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Spaces are limited and we expect to sell out quickly. Book online to secure your preferred date and time.
